The shortest competition on our weekend is not only the perfect introduction for all those who want to try their hand at a triathlon, but at the same time the perfect stage for the ambitious youngsters to present themselves. With 750 meters of swimming, 29.5 kilometers of cycling and the final 5.6 kilometers of running, you will already experience the pure triathlon feeling at Lake Stubenberg.

IN THE STUBENBERGSEE
Swim: 750 m
The swim course traditionally leads over one lap in the triangular course and is swum counterclockwise. From the start right next to the finish line, you swim along the shore towards the other side of the lake. There it goes twice 90 degrees to the left back to the transition zone. A total of 750 meters will be swum The entire swim course is very well visible.

AROUND THE APFELLAND
Bike: 19,5 km
The bike route follows a selective route through the beautiful natural surroundings of the Stubenberg Gorge. A shuttle route awaits you on closed roads that are wide and easy to navigate. These roads are dotted with countless hills, but without steep climbs or technically difficult descents. The longest climb is 0.7km with 30m of elevation gain. In total, these add up to a challenging 210m of elevation gain over 19.5km.

Run: 5,6 km
The 5.6 kilometers go around the lake. The entire route has no altitude difference and is completely asphalted.
